Terms of sale

Plain version: we sell you a cartridge, it works or you get your money back, and we don’t hide anything in a paragraph of capital letters.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and can change. If we get a price obviously wrong, we will contact you before charging the card rather than shipping and arguing later. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

Shipping and risk

Shipping is free within the contiguous United States. Risk of loss passes on delivery, so a package lost or damaged in transit is our problem to solve, not yours.

Returns

Covered on the guarantee and returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Our liability for a defective cartridge is the replacement or refund of that cartridge, plus printer repair where our printer damage protection applies.
