Our review policy

We publish customer reviews as they are written. We don’t write them, we don’t buy them, and we don’t delete the ones that sting.

How a review gets on the site

• Reviews come from people who bought the cartridge from us. Ten days after delivery we email and ask.
• Reviews appear on the exact cartridge that was bought, never copied across to a different product.
• Every review shows the date it was written.

What we remove

Only three things: personal information, abuse aimed at a person, and anything that isn’t about a product or an order. A one-star review about a cartridge that failed stays up. If we replaced it, we reply underneath saying so.

Why there aren’t many yet

This store is new. Rather than pad the pages with numbers that mean nothing, we show the count we actually have. It will grow, and you can watch it grow honestly.

Incentives

If we ever send a free cartridge in exchange for an honest review, the review says so on its face. That is an FTC requirement and it is also just fair to the next person reading it.
