Shipping
- Shipping is free on every order inside the contiguous United States. There is no minimum.
- Orders ship from our warehouse on business days. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.
- Delivery is typically two to five business days by ground.
- Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are quoted at checkout.
Order problems
Wrong item, damaged box, missing cartridge: email us with the order number and a photo, and we fix it without sending you through a form maze. Returns are covered on the guarantee and returns page.
Buying for a business
