About TonerInkWorld and how we check every cartridge page

We sell compatible toner for the printers offices actually run. Brother mono lasers, HP LaserJets, Canon imageCLASS. The cartridge is the same job every 60 to 90 days, so the only things that matter are whether it fits, how many pages it prints and what it costs you per page. Those three facts lead every product page we publish.

How a cartridge page gets built

1. We take the part number, the printers it fits, the rated yield and the yield standard from the manufacturer’s own published specs. Brother, HP and Canon, not another reseller’s product page.
2. We record the source URL and the date for every fact, and both appear on the page.
3. We price against the genuine cartridge and against the specialty sellers, and we show the genuine price with its source so you can check the saving yourself.
4. Dan Whitaker, our print technician, reviews the part number, the fit list and the yield before the page goes live.
5. When a manufacturer changes a spec or a price moves, the page gets updated and the date changes with it.

What we don’t do

• We don’t copy another seller’s product descriptions or photos.
• We don’t use manufacturer logos or packaging that could be mistaken for theirs.
• We don’t publish a review that a customer didn’t write, and we don’t hide the bad ones. Our review policy says exactly how that works.
• We don’t claim a cartridge fits a printer unless the manufacturer’s own compatibility data says so.
