The Brother MFC-7320 is a mono laser printer in the MFC-7300 series, which shares cartridges across 7 models.
The drum is a separate part on this printer. The DR360 is rated for about 12,000 pages, so it outlasts several toner cartridges and only needs replacing when the printer reports drum life, not every time you change toner.
Brother has stated publicly that its firmware updates do not block third-party cartridges, and the printer counts pages rather than measuring toner, which is why the Replace Toner message can appear before a cartridge is empty.

Does the MFC-7320 have a separate drum?
Yes. The DR360 drum unit is a separate part rated for about 12,000 pages. Replace it when the printer reports drum life, not when you change toner.
Does using a compatible cartridge void the MFC-7320 warranty?
No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act a manufacturer cannot void your warranty because you used a third-party cartridge. If one of ours damages the printer, our printer damage protection covers the repair.
